Title: Need to solve automatic refreshing

Why after opening my hp laptop(win8) ,it is continuously refreshing and icon gets blinking untill pressed enter key??help me please,
what is the reason and how to solve it.

I would check your startup folder to see how many apps are running in the background on that PC...
