Title: what does green screen mean inpower director video editor?

When I drag and drop mp4 video, video screen turns green? I have a feeling its a trial issue thing, but does anyone else know?

I am using cyberlink, power director video editor from there website.

I tried the above advice and screen is green no matter which track I place video in and chrome key didn't work.

No idea then...they have a Forum BTW.
It may be limited if it's the Free version BTW...

I uninstalled it and will never buy it now!! I tried emailing them but they make getting in touch with them very difficult!
