Title: Lenovo support not helpful !

I like my Lenovo desktop, but not their support sites. I need to do a hardware scan & various other tasks, but none will load. Get an error code, have to return to 'home' page. Can't figure how to post messages ! Most confusing site I've ever seen !
Anyone else have this difficulty with Lenovo support ? Love to hear from U !
And, a zillion thanks to Computer Hope---which always comes through for us !   :)

What scans are you lookin to do ? ?...You dont need the Lenovo site for that...

Curious if your system is new enough to still be covered by a warranty? What kind of problems are you having so we can suggest stuff to try to resolve your issue?

I own 2 Lenovo computers but never dealt with the support yet for them.
