Hi,
I've got three (3) identical pc's: Acer Veriton M4630G-i7477X
each with 32GB ram. Business level pc's.
Two of them reboot in about 35-40 sec's.
The third one takes about 3.5 min's to reboot.
When it starts booting up, I get the attached screen.
This pc just came back from Acer for a bad HDD; it was still under warranty.
Acer sent it back with its original configuration and installed a new HDD;
the original had a bad sector.
Anyone have any idea why this one pc is taking so long to boot?

I'd contact Acer right away and let them know that they didnt fix the issue. In your boot order it looks like you have PXE (Network) boot set before hard drive. Id change boot order in bios to set the PXE boot as the last on the list of boot order unless you actually have a need for PXE booting. I have seen before where a system will try to boot through PXE even when PXE is not available and take forever to time out and move on to the next device in boot order.
*Hopefully the stickers with phone number and other info on top of monitor isnt confidential in the pic. :P

1) Replace the cmos battery
2) Set the HD as the first device in the boot order in bios
3) See if there is a "fast boot" option in bios - if so, enable it

Yep, the PXE was set as #1 in the boot order!
I changed it to #4 and made "WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER" #1.
However, while doing that cut the boot time in half,
its still twice as slow as the other two, identical, pc's.
There's another thing that pops up during bootup:
please see the attachment.
Neither of the other two (identical) pc's show this.
It started appearing once this pc came back from Acer.
Any thoughts about what this is?
Do I need it?
Can I get rid of it?
BTW: thanks for the heads-up on the pic.
Do you know how I can remove that pic
from my post and replace it with another?
PS: how can I embed an image into the body of my text?
I tried clicking the icon for 'insert Image" but all it did
was to put (http://) there and gave me no option
to choose an image! Thanks!

The insert image thing requires a full URL.
You can put a photo on any file sharing site.
Or use your own web site.

UPDATES:
1. From here and other forums I learned that I needed to change the
boot order putting the network boot option to the end. That has
cut the boot time in half, but its still twice the bootup time of the
other two (identical) pc's.
Any idea's?
2. While booting up, for a short time I'm shown an option to,
"Press Shift + F10 for RealManage"; see attachment.
When I press Shift+F10 i'm taken to a Realtek login
screen. When I attempt to use every login credential for
every user on this pc, none of them allows me to log in.
Why is this Realtek RealManage there??
Do I need it?
Can I get rid of it if I don't need it?
This first appeared after the pc came back from Acer;
neither of the other two pc's display this during bootup.
All suggestions, thoughts, comments are much appreciated!

What happens if you reset BIOS to defaults ? ?
NOTE...press F10 to save changes and Exit after doing so....

I'll see if a reset to defaults in the BIOS is even there.
I don't recall seeing it, but I'll look harder and report back!

You said that Acer replaced the hard drive. Have you checked to see what model of drive they replaced it with and compared that with what the other two machines have? It could be that the replacement drive they fitted is slower than the ones in the other PCs.

I haven't compared the replaced drive with the other pc's
but the HDD that was replaced was not the C:\ drive.
C:\ is a solid state drive and they didn't touch that one.
D:\ is the spinning disk type that was replaced.
So if Windows is loaded onto the SSD, and the HDD
Acer put is is slower than the original, would that make
a difference in bootup time?

This is a suggestion for diagnostics. Can you use a USB stick to boot the PC?
If so, How long does it take to boot?

Note they say you need to use windows 8.1 or higher for this to work.
But I do not think you can do that with XP. Sorry.
