I am trying to rearrange bookmark folders in IE 11 with Windows 10 to suit my preferences. I am familiar with "Organize Favorites" and dragging either whole folders or individual bookmarks to a different location.
When I move a folder, it does not always stay put. Sometimes, after a few seconds, it goes back to the original location.
Can you offer any suggestions how to resolve?
