Title: Lenovo Ideapad being VERY slow, takes 15 minutes to log in and taskbar is frozen

About a week ago my computer started taking awhile to log in, after I enter my password it takes about 10-15 minutes to log onto the desktop. Then it takes forever to open anything and I cannot use the taskbar because the blue skinny wheel is over it and it remains frozen. I have tried restarting it multiple times and have tried deleting the temp files and other files I do not need anymore but nothing has worked. I am at a loss for what to do. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks!

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Please run full scans with BOTH your installed AV and with MalwareBytes
