Title: my computer restarts itself after using it for a good while.

my memory went as high as 42% and after using the internet for a while my computer restarts itself but when i stop some programs it stopped doing it. but the programs i use aren't bad programs can anyone help me with this?

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

it doesn't crash anymore so how does this program help fix the problem like i said it only does it when these programs are on?
