My laptop all of a sudden had a problem where when i logged in the icons on the desktop and taskbar are blank/missing. Also when going into file explorer all the files thumbnails are also blank. The names are still there but the thumbnails and icons are missing. Ive tried to resolve through google where they say to refresh the "iconcache" by deleteing "iconcache.db" file but the file is also missing after searching for it. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
