Title: Ask first before allowing sites to run Flash (Google Chrome)

The Google Chrome option "Ask first before allowing sites to run Flash" isn't working correctly, and will not display a prompt before allowing Adobe Flash to run on any given website.

Is anyone else familiar with this same issue?

Any help appreciated  :)
