Title: Notepad F5 gives time then date, need to reverse order, to date then time

how do it reverse the order?

Notepad gets the time and date format from your regional settings. You would need to change them.

Thanks. that link reads "to make changes to it's appearance change the short date appearance in the regional settings in the control panel.it only changes the format," It does not reverse the time and date. Thank you. Goodbye.
