Title: 2000 VS XP

I have Windows XP Pro installed on my Dell Latitude L400 Laptop. XP seems to run kinda slow and freezes sometimes. I was wondering if Installing Windows 2000 would be better for the laptop.

Specs:
700 mhz
128 MB Ram
20 GB HD

You need more RAM 128 MB is too low for XP. 512 MB will be sufficient.
