So i was on youtube on one monitor and just booting up a game on the second when all of a sudden my pc froze and had a ton of screen tears appeared over both screens since this has happened before i knew what to do just turn it off and back on again but this time after the windows symbol on boot up the screen just went black i waited for half a hour then realized it would not work tried a few more times still nothing so i go online on my phone and look everywhere on how to fix it and found a video then i followed all the steps and nothing didn't work but i found out about safe mode from that video and have been using it to temporarily use my pc but not only did it not boot but when i started safe mode i noticed 2 weird colored bars down my screen that change color depending on whats behind then gray becomes green or purple and such at this point i realized this isn't something small something is going really wrong so i started searching thought could it be my cpu? no it can't be surely if that was working i would not be able to use my pc at all maybe my monitor switched monitor still got screen glitch can't be hard drive i can still access files so at this point im starting to think its my graphics card it may not be completely broken but maybe its dying maybe thats why i have the screen glitch and maybe that's why my pc wont boot so i take out my gpu clean it put it back in try again still have the same problems so what im asking is does anyone know what the *censored* is going on?! i need to know exactly what is wrong so i can fix it, if it's not the graphics card i don't wanna buy a new one and find out i was wrong and be out £300 so pls someone help

Great punctuation...your post is impossible to read.
It's likely the vid card.
-
If the mobo has onboard graphics try plugging the monitor in that port.
-
And you don't have to spend a dime to test if it's the card or not...borrow a known good card and swap it in there...
-
can't be hard drive i can still access files
How do you know this exactly?

Hello 1O1Games,
Don't try to watch YouTube and play a game.
Unless it is a very basic game.
