Title: Forwarding email
Post by: Guzeppi on June 21, 2017, 11:27:05 AM
In Windows 10 I am unable to forward a saved email.

When I click on "Send to mail recipient" I get a short message with the following wording:-

"The file C:\Users\user\Documents\Outlook Files\Outlook.pst cannot be found".

This is baffling, as I do not have Outlook in my system.

Many thanks in advance to anyone helping me.

Guzeppi,
Please look over this material:
https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/e/email.htm
Find the section that says "How to send and receive e-mail " and  see is says "...e-mail client, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird."

Are you using a e-mail client? If  so, which?

Many thks for prompt reply.  Will try out your solution later. I am an old-age pensioner, time to retire for the night now. It might take me some time to come back to you as I have become slow on the uptake.

Renewed thanks.

If you have Office installed...then you have Outlook...

Check in the Programs list in the Start Menu...
Even though you may be using another email client it may still be there...
