In the games Batman Arkham Knight and The Witcher 3 the clothing such as Geralts Medallion is always shaking and the loose items on Ciri are always shaking also Batmans cape will always shake and it has become very distracting. Any help of fixing this would be nice. The problem can be seen in this video except it is worse for Arkham Knight https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjZlQpbT58I fast forward to 2:28.
