Title: Soundboard program to play sounds through mic?

Hi there

I'm looking for a soundboard program to play sound files through voice chat so me and my friends can mess around on our server. Any recommendations? I tried Soundplant, but my friends say they can barely even hear it, like it's not even playing through the mic channel and my mic just happens to be picking up the sound playing from the speakers.
