Title: itunes download.

We just bought a new dell laptop and  i'm trying to install itunes. I get an error your system has not been modified. can anybody tell me what to do.

go into Control Panel, Programs and Features and make sure anything published by Apple is removed.
reboot the PC and try the install again.
make sure you get iTunes from Apple and not some mirror site; https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
