Title: Pls Help Restart after Restart

My hardware Pc is in perfect condition piece by piece, i know it's about some configurations, the Pc is working perfectly till the moment i don't put the game to play and there randomly is shutting down ...  i gave him to the technical support and they preinstall it 2 weeks was working with the game i did some windows 10 updates and games updates and   the pc start to do the same  error again i don't know what  to do anymore in the event register i have this error
I don't  KNOW  IF THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM IS IN THE UPDATES IM JUST SAYING 
This i have after i open the event viewer ... this i think cause the problem.....

also, i understood that can  be some bug from Microsoft latest updates something about security and permissions of the game or i dont know and i tryed again i put all permissions  full control and the same  nothing happen   and i wrote them directly and they answer me to do some think under cmd that could solve my problem

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

after showing them the error in the event viewer   and nothing i just tried and again i have this stupid shitting down is driving me crazy if somebody want to help me and enter with team viewer is a fresh preinstalled  windows 10 with all necessary programs to see temp software and all latest drivers directly from the sites ... the Pc is doing that only in da game nowhere else .

What is the Game Title that is having the problems?

Where did you get this game from to install it?

Ok sorry about that  :-\ :-\ :-\ ... im really desperate ... yesterday i just delete it from the register now i have it the same error and is like this.
The game is Heroes of the storm directly downloaded of course from the site ... there i did scan and repair change to start the app in 32 or 64 bit everything ... still, nothing still doing it

The IP address lease 192.168.1.38 for the Network Card with network address 0xBC5FF4E284CD has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

What is make/model of your computer or if custom build all specs?

Do any other games cause shutdown during play or just this game?

My Pc was  built piece by piece in the custom build all new stuff,  warranty from the best seller in Spain. Complete check by technical service twice (one in the beginning and now because of the game) and changing the new thermopast for the CPU ...  no problem with a hardware 100 % .I have Project cars 2, WRC 7 no problem with them at all playing at maximum details and full HD resolution.I think is only crash with games kind of HOS or LOL start by some client or Steam .... always watching the temp for the CPU and GPU and they are just perfect less than 50 -55 C. Who know how much thinks i touch to make the problem go away but unfortunately   no it's still here i still have the problem its some LOCAL NETWORK NTs AYTHORITY some permission that windows 10 it's stopping it im playing HOS from ADSL via cable modem up to 30 MB but still they say its some network card driver problem so i check this also and still the same ... i wanna change all Pc in Windows 8.1 people saying me all time that i will forget about this crashing ... i thing i need to try ...

Curious what drive type your W: drive is and if its a local drive or network attached drive NAS etc?

Hi Dave

This is my only one hard drive on my machine ... I separated it by 2 one for the OS  & one for games and my data .... anyway like I told ya I put today windows 8.1 with all updates everything really  nice job ... and  guess what same *censored* same error  (crashing the game)... soo I format again everything and I put a fresh one Windows 10 Pro N  I did not install nothing only updates and drivers and the *censored* game ... and yes the same error indeed :D I'm going pretty crazy here I'm really hardly watching what is going on in the forums of battlenet and the technical support for the heroes of the storm and is not only me complaining with the same error a lot of people after update Windows or Update patch of the game have same problem like me and nobody give solution you know I really have not any hope left that can be playable and lol I know that is impossible why not playable .... I also have my roommate that have a lap top playing with the team all night and I'm here with the biiig machine not able to play a 1 *censored* game :(

Did you install the latest display driver from AMD or are you using the driver that Windows installed on its own or one that came with the video card on a disc?

Have you tried removing one of the video cards and just try using a single video card to see if that fixes it?

I did the updates of the video card driver directly from the site of AMD .... i have only this video card and the on board video card that cant support the game of course its not so powerful . The temp are all fine hardware  test passing all of them with no problem ... yesterday night i saw somebody saying in the forums to low the details from ultra to high and i had a entire game and after he restart again but yes i play entire game if this is some progress :P |

I'm not surprised you are having trouble with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

There seems to be some early adopter issues at this time with Windows 10 1709, if you can, I recommend you downgrade to your previous version until the Fall Creators Update matures with future cumulative updates.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Recovery > under Go back to my previous version of Windows 10, click Get started.

Press Control + Alt + Delete
Click Sign out

At the Sign In screen, hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears

Click Troubleshoot

Click Advanced options

Click Go back to the previous version of Windows

If the problem persists or you can’t rollback, I recommend downgrading to Windows 10 1703.

Now I'm downloading the purest version of W10 1703 ... I will  give a shot to see what will happen
