Title: Remove the part of the multiple files

What would the the code to remove the date part of multiple files in a folder and rename in a DOS batch file.

Input file WTIN_PEG_SE_abc-en-us_2017-12-20T024722674Z.pdf
Output should be WTIN_PEG_SE_abc-en-us.pdf

This should work for multiple files in the folder.
