Title: AVG Antivirus - EPIC FAIL
Post by: DaveLembke on February 20, 2018, 10:51:01 AM
Had a good laugh today at this message that just popped up. What ever shall I do. ( 0 FOUND PROBLEMS ) and the statement below it of "These could put your privacy at risk or even harm your browser" with option to removal all....

Hmmm all of nothing to remove....

Seems as though the programmer didn't put in a rule that if 0 threats are found display a congratulations that your system is clean and healthy!

I clicked to remove all those pesky ( 0 threats ) and below are pics of this glitch in their reporting logic. In the second pic I realized I should show AVG as active and its not a web pop up spoof its the real deal. AVG updated yesterday and got this message today.

I quit using AVG when it was leaked they been doing data harvesting on users for awhile now...

Another example of a once Free and fine product that got big and literally sold out...

I had some problems signing into Glip today. This was the sign-in page it gave me. You might notice some rather important parts missing. Like everything.
