Have been unable to download Windows Updates for Windows 7. Are they no longer available ???

If this Windows 7 was acquired from a download online then it might be disabled to avoid the OS from flagging as counterfeit.

Is this Windows 7 genuine and when looking at the update history are there any failed updates as a failed update will trip up future updates as they are sequential at times.
