Title: Speakers not going as loud as they should when in iTunes
Post by: Coco423 on March 17, 2018, 10:54:38 AM
Hello again. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad W500 running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit. My speakers on the laptop work, but do not go as loud as they should when playing music in iTunes. However, anything else the volume  is just fine. An external speaker I tried (from the dollar store, $1, decent volume though, uses 2 AAA and an Aux. cord) goes as loud as it should in anything besides iTunes when used on the computer. iTunes, however, volume is very light at 100 volume, also biult in speakers, but anything else it sounds as loud as it should. I have tried adjusting the sound quality on the computer. Thank you for any help in advance.

Specs:
RAM: 4 GB
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 2.53 Ghz
HDD: 92 GB free out of 148 GB
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, 64-bit

Is the little slider in the upper right corner next to the center window turned all the way up?

I fixed it about a month ago, found something in Control Panel, adjusted it, fixed. Thanks for your willingness, just forgot to mark the thread solved.
