Title: what kind of gadget is it

I found this electronic gadget along the road it has a battery circuit board two led's two button's and a screen and it says on top Walmart what is it?

Whatever it is i doubt it'll work...you can do reverse image searches on google now though.

I think it an electronic game as the back is sold plastic no openings

Given the complete lack of any information and the low resolution somewhat blurry picture, my guess would be that it is a gadget of some sort which is used internally. The plastic protrusion on the bottom suggests it may be designed to clip into something else, so it may merely be a part of some larger device- Like part of a portable barcode scanner which for example is used to display inventory numbers.

It is highly unlikely to be an "electronic game" as the screen appears to be intended for display of digits. The holes may have been for buttons, but they may also be contact points which would connect to something it clipped into.

There are two led's on the bottom that might emit light or pickup like infared led's in a remote seems like a strange place to put leds on the front then above the led's are two switches and a battery inside to power  it nothing on the back just a cover. I will take it to walmart they might know what it is.

I now know it is used on food produce trucks to monitor the temperature inside
