Title: saving picture sent to outlook from a apple computer

How do I save multiple pictures sent to my outlook email account on my HP computer running windows 10 that have been sent from a customers apple device?
The photos are imbedded in the body of the email. They are not attachments and I currently can only save one picture at a time.
