Title: Google's email sender rules?

Just now I sent a message to a family member using Thunderbird and the service I hive with my Internet Provider. Just to make sure  things work, I sent a copy to myself using my g mail address. Guess what? I got tossed into the Spam folder.  :o

The guidelines are written in Gobbledygook and can not be understood by English speaking users. Can any body here translate?
