Title: tracfone has busy signal when dialing

When some one calls me  they get a busy signal always.
When I try to call out I get a busy signal always

I would contact tracphone support and have them work with you on this. I had an issue with my tracphone once and it was as easy as the support person telling me to enter * and some number to fix my issue. Then all was good after that.
