How do I obtain a Black screen … on which Lines can be drawn?

In windows you would use some kind of script.
But to give a better answer, you need to explain what you want to do.
If you want to make a picture or do some art work, use a program suchas the paint program.
To draw a straight line
    In the toolbox, click the straight line tool.
    At the bottom of the toolbox, click a line width.
    Choose a color for the line.
    To draw the line, drag the pointer.
    Draw a perfectly horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line by holding down SHIFT while dragging.
