I used to know of an easy straightforward method for entering images (attachments) to reply to a method suggested by a Computer Hope helper, but unfortunately my memory fails me at age 80.
My problem: if the paperclip icon does not show on the reply I am drafting, can I drag the image, say, from my Pictures Folder? (I am on Windows 10)

Just wondering ... what are you referring to when you say 'reply you are drafting' and 'paperclip icon'? Are you referring to when you are replying to an email like on yahoo mail or gmail or on a message board like this one?
