Hey guys.
I've been getting the attached (report.doc) BSOD, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, crashes lately and I'm really not sure what is causing it. Unfortunately I've made a lot of changes lately as I was having some system stability issues where my display would just shut down, turns out that my graphics card wasn't held in place and was slipping out of the PCI-E but in attempting to fix I'd replaced PSU (including running new cables), removed all GFX drivers and installed latest, flashed bios to latest firmware, installed latest chipset drivers, set all clocks to OEM/base. I had X-AMP enabled and it was clocking my RAM to 3200 (it's rated for 3466 (but for some reason in bios one shows as being a 3200 and one a 3466 model (but that's another story altogether I guess) (triple brackets hype)))). The latest thing I've tried is disabling X-AMP and setting RAM to 3000, which I've just done right now so I will have to let you know if I have further crashes.
I was just wondering, if I still get crashes, does anyone have any ideas on what I could check.
Crash is happening in ntoskrnl.exe. My system specs are attached (SHANDY-PC.txt)

The RAM is listed as unknown...i suspect that is likely the issue...
We need serial#'s off of each stik.

I wonder why that could be. The RAM is as follows:

Do I have them in the right channels? They are channels 2 and 4 in the attached picture right? I assumed it counts up from 1 to 4 in order from closes to CPU to furthest out on the board. No idea whether that actually makes a difference anyway honestly.

Looks like that was just a bug with Speccy.
CPU-Z picks up RAM info

I would check to see if that RAM is on MSI's QVL list for that MBoard....
QVL means lab tested and approved for the specific RAM

Hmmmm... My memory isn't listed on the mobo's list of supported memory: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X370-XPOWER-GAMING-TITANIUM#support-mem-14
The nearest is listed is CMD16GX4M2B3000C15 which is the same series as mine just speeds of 3000MHz rather than 3466MHz. Also model of that is C15 rather than C16, that something to do with the latency of the sticks you think? Also MSI states that this supported memory is only tested to 2933 rather than 3000.
Odd that my memory isn't listed as when I purchased the parts from PCPartPicker the mobo and RAM came up as compatible.
You think it would be worth trying to clock down my RAM to 2933 and see how that goes?
I feel a bit annoyed that my RAM isn't listed as compatible. Either MSI haven't updated their supported memory for this board or PCPartPicker have just got it plain wrong. Grrr.

Just realised, CPU-Z reads it as running at 1066MHz yet Speccy shows the actual rate of 1500MHz despite not being able to display the RAM model. Why is everything having a hard time with the RAM?? Haha

Never rely on PCPart Picker for optimal components...
This was never and issue years ago...however since DDR4 it is because it is much more finicky.
You will never notice the diff between the speeds you quoted so i would sell the old and buy somethin off their list..
