i have a Kalibergaming mouse (https://www.iogear.com/product_images/web/org/GME660_0.jpg) [<- image of mouse] and the spinning wheel that you use to scroll somehow broke its like its out of place and i don't know how to fix it.

A replacement is about $40 from a mail order place.
Here instructions for a mouse that is almost like yours.

if you're handy with a screwdriver, see if the mouse can be dismantled.most scroll wheels are clipped into little plastic holders on either side of the scroll wheel.
