Hi Everyone,
Usually my kid handles all this stuff but he's not around. So, I have a WiFi router and I need to change the router login details but whenever I am putting the IP address of the WiFi Router it keeps redirecting me to a different network.
What do I do? I need to change it soon.
Regards,
Rafael

Topic Starter,
More details are needed.
With most, but not all routers, you must login using a direct cable to make changes.
Which router?
What is the dress o the router?
You can find this using the ipcomfig tool at the commend console
https://www.computerhope.com/ipconfig.htm
Ipconfig is a DOS utility that can be used from MS-DOS and the Windows command line to display the network settings currently assigned and given by a network. This command can be utilized to verify a network connection as well as to verify your network settings.
To see current settings, use this:
ipconfig /all
That wail show your PC address and the gateway address.
The gateway should be the router.

Hi,
I have a Dlink DIR-600 and the default IP address is 192.168.0.1 but it keeps redirecting me to 192.168.8.1 I even tried the router login guide - https://routerlogin.onl/192-168-8-1/ (https://routerlogin.onl/192-168-8-1/) but it still didn't work. What should I do?

... Dlink DIR-600 and the default IP address is 192.168.0.1
Look at this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UF8SdJyMcYo
It shows the IP as 192.168.0.1 and that is common for many routers.
Is this the manual?
https://eu.dlink.com/fi/fi/-/media/consumer_products/dir/dir-600/manual/dir_600_b_2_manual_en_uk.pdf
Where did yu get this? Was it supplied to you by your service provider?

Thanks for the video. I'll try to do exactly as mentioned here. And yes, it is the manual.
