Is there a headset or modern speaker(the green plug and pink(or red) plug) driver for Windows 95?

I saw the sound topic and there is a drive for DOSBox only. I need a real PC driver...

Audio drivers aren't for the ports, they are for the audio hardware that drives them. You would need to determine the sound hardware. That would either be an add-in sound card such as a Sound Blaster 16, or some sort of integrated solution on the motherboard (For the time period, ESS AudioDrive was fairly popular as an integrated audio solution, for example). From there you would need to locate appropriate Windows 95 drivers for those components.
