Store mainly photos, text, mp4, mp3, htm, screenshots, mostly small file size around 1 MB - 100 MB, maybe very occasionally a 1-3 GB backup file. Windows 7 currently, plan to upgrade to Win 10 the next year when Win 7 is unsupported. Should be no chance to use it on a Mac. I did research, I understand exFAT give a larger file size limit, what if I would never need to store a 2T file, and basically computer use only, instead of its original design for digital camera 4K video. The following is my concerns, being 1 is the most:
1. stability
2. speed
3. compatibility on different systems (except Mac)
4. maximum file size (I don't care)
Sorry I just discover there is not FAT32 format available, only NTFS or exFAT (default) oops. The same question, should I re-format it to NTFS? exFAT sounds experimental to me, while NTFS is likely more friendly and stable or good. Or should I better keep it the default exFAT?
This is my card: Samsung microSDXC UHS-I storage card 128GB Class10 3 4K UltraHD 100MB/sec
my computer: 64-bit Windows 7 Home Preimum, NTFS harddisk 500 GB
my netbook: 32-bit Windows 7 Starter, NTFS harddisk 250 GB

Sorry I missed an important factors of concern: capacity
I cannot find a "edit" option so I listed it again
1. stability
2. capacity (new)
3. speed
4. compatibility on different systems
5. maximum file size
This is my understanding: NTFS is better for Windows, while exFAT is more flexible, for example Android devices can access it too, Android devices cannot read NTFS. However, capacity is better or larger in NTFS format, it's simply designed or optimized for Windows. Please correct me if I were wrong. I think I would go format it NTFS then, the chance for me to insert it to a smartphone is very low, or I have different cards for smartphone.

You're correct. The NTFS is more stable but the downside is compatibility with mobile devices.
