Title: Is there any way to get Free VPS Windows without credit card?

I have tried Azure Sandbox and now don't work: We're sorry. The sandbox needed to complete the exercises in this module is temporarily unavailable.

Is there any way to get Free VPS Windows without credit card? Any other way? Are there any Free Windows VPS?

Is there any way to fix "We're sorry. The sandbox needed to complete the exercises in this module is temporarily unavailable."?

There is a known issue going on at the moment. (since 12 July)
