Title: cpu usage not showing on task manager

 :-\ please help. my windows 7 told me of high cpu usage, i wanted to check what was using my cpu. so i started task manager and i could not see any proces or something like that. it wiped my task maneger no tabs no nothing just user activated programs.  :'(

Just double-click anywhere on the Task Manger border:
