A folder can be encrypted.

sure, you can do it. you can utilize the system built-in encryption software or other third-party software to password-protect your drive or files.

Right click on the drive you want to turn into an encrypted flash drive in Computer, and select Turn on BitLocker. Wait while BitLocker initializes the drive .
