Title: Trouble sending emails
Post by: annabelle on January 27, 2006, 08:53:57 AM
Hi, I can't seem to send any emails.  i can receive them but when I send them this message comes up.

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '[email protected]'. Subject 'Re: fax conformation', Account: 'Penny Wells', Server: 'smtp.ntlworld.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 relaying mail to online-aupairs.co.uk is not allowed', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I think I may have blocked my address as a sender!!

Can anyone help please. Thanks Penny

You didn't block yourself, wouldn't be able to recieve if you did.
You might have to make a new account because it isn't recognizing you as a safe account. What e-mail service are you using? What kind of computer are you on?
