Title: HTML(?) on web pages

I've attached an image of the problem I'm having frequently with viewing web pages. I don't know enough to describe it. Hope some one can help. I've highlighted the areas that are messed up. It doesn't happen on all sites but enough to be irritating. I've tried increasing and decreasing the zoom level but it doesn't change anything. Thanks. Win 10. Firefox.
