is it possible to share my dongle internet connection with wifi ?

i had followed above video tutorial.but end up with this.

dongle is huawei e173 ,not a wifi dongle .
is this possible to share 3g dongle internet connection using my laptop? i have Toshiba Satellite Pro L850.
