Title: taskbar locked up

 my taskbar is locked up. if i minimize a windo to the taskbar i can't restore it. nothing happens when i click start. please help.

What Operating System are you using?  For example, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, etc.

taskbarplus seems to have done the trick. thanks everybody.
