He's taken a liking to harassing me. However, I am going to leave my Email open to him, and let him build a case up. I can't read skynet.be though and I don't know how I can report him if I can't read it. Google's translation is pathetic and doesn't work, so I'm SOL.
In the meantime, however, he has given me some personal info on him. I'm posting it because I'm sure that someone with Backdated's level of tracking knowledge will make short work of finding a way to report abuse. I want to report him for what amounts to hate mail vs. religion.

We know that Mac speaks at least some Dutch (roofvogels = some kind of hawk/falcon in Dutch?) - so it looks like he's a Dutch speaker in the Flemish region of Belgium. so if you check on: ALL I don't think that should be a problem. The only problem will be, if some people (not mac) with proxy will try to reach the forums, they can't access it, so that's unfare for them...

Isn't "Skynet" the psychotic global computer network from the Terminator films...? Hmm...
The WHOIS data reveals the (likely) geographical location of an IP address, but note that the trace will end at the ISP. Unless you are a police organisation, you aren't going to be able to track beyond the ISP to the end user... And frankly, who'd want to?!!!

The line on the map (which is cut off) shows the access that I get to the web site based on the places that it must go through frst. (EG: If I lived in Montanna, which I do not, it would have to go from my location, to the closets ISP server, across to the server of the site, and whatever it needs to go to next. It could have a few stops.

My question is this:
Why would Mac at first be helpful, then go to the point where only 11% of himself is sane?
I have received help from Mac, but it just doesn’t make sense.

You don't always press DEL. It depends on the Make and model of computer.
Click on the self-help link and then look for BIOS codes.
It should tell you on the boot screen.
