Title: problem while running .exe file from CD ROM

Hi,

I'm facing a problem with my CD-ROM (LG 52x) after changing my OS from Win98 to Win2k Professional.  The problem is whenever i'm trying to run an .exe file to install some software on my PC, it's getting restarted on it's own.

Any one has an idea abt what could be the problem and how to resolve it?
