Start up in safe mode and reset your display

Install video card drivers if you have not yet done so.

are your graphics on board...right click on desktop click the intel graphic controller tab> update drivers> or have  a look at the ...graphic properties click twice ...splash screen adavanced diagnostic tab click...have a look...
