Title: monitor out of frequency

my computer works fine, but the monitor turns on only after the windows is fully loaded. when i turn down computer, it says that the monitor is out of frequency. how can i change working frequency of my monitor (LG StudioWorks 773N). :-/

Did this just start? Is it  anew monitor? Is there a disc that came with the monitor? Can you adjust your screen resolution to something it can handle? Finally, check the LG website if this doesn't resolve it.
