The problem is on my laptop (which is windows xp.)
When i turn my laptop on it loads fine it show how much memory i have and all that stuff and then it loads my windows xp. then before i get to the logon screen a message box pops up saying :
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000006). Click on ok to terminate the application.
I click on ok then it pops up again so i click ok again and then i am left with a blank screen with a mouse arrow and nothing loads.
Can someone help me please

Do you have the recovery CDs for your laptop? Or an Win XP install disk? Looks like you need to do a repair installation.

yes i brought a boot disk but when i put it in when i switch my laptop on it says remove floppy. (or sumt like that) so i dont know what to do :-? ... i also tryed running my windows xp disk through it but it doesnt do anything :-?
