I found this about XoftSpy: "XoftSpy by ParetoLogic is fairly powerful, easy-to-use software, but its poor detection abilities coupled with an unflattering number of false positives lowered its overall ranking."

Ewido is an excellent anti-trojan and anti-spyware program, I'm a bit suprised it didn't meet your needs.

registry repair wizard 2006 is a registry cleaner and I can't see this as helpful unless you specifically know what you're repairing.

The CH members have a compiled a list of the better programs. Try them and let us know if there is any improvement. Some Anti-Spyware products only delete malware if you're using the paid version and report false positives to get you to buy.
