Title: Recover deleted files deleted from Recycle bin

Is it possible to recover/restore files deleted from the recycle bin????

Any help is appreciated....

This assumes your OS is Win.2000> post back if you are using Win.9x.

Yes, but you first must know how files are renamed when deleted.  See here (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;136517) and here (http://geekgirls.com/windows_recycle_bin.htm).

But be aware, if you continue to use your hdd the deleted files may be overwritten.

I have used Restoration from Snapfiles with excellent results.

Have u tried system restore?
if u find no solution over there then u can try this

hope one of them will help.

P.S. recommendations in future : create backup partition (or folder if u don't know how to make that)
and save needed files there, it's good way of insurance in case u'r PC files crash or if accidently delete them.
