What actions are required to fix the following...

System
Microsoft Windows 2000 5.00.2195, Service Pack 4

Computer:
AMD Athlon 9™ XP process160+ ;AT/AT COMPATIBLE;, 392,688 KB RAM


Event log:

ERROR
The IP lease 192.168.1.64 for the Network Card with network address 0004767358C2 has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.0.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message)

Information
The browser has forced an election on network \Device\NetBTT_Tcpip_{56DD6411-C284-4E3E-86CF-3780B5B2C48D} because a master browser was stopped.

Re-boot.
Open a command prompt window and type ipconfig /release and hit enter...
Then type ipconfig /renew and hit enter.
Now open your browser and see if it loads your homepage.
