Title: SUBST Command
Post by: Donna Smith on March 31, 2004, 12:47:24 PM
I have made a virtual drive using the SUBST command in a batch file. The
problem is on booting up a command window is always left that shows the contents of
the virtual drive. We have to close this manually. Is there anyway to get
this window to close on its own or not open at all? I have tried using the
EXIT command and creating a short cut to the batch file where I check the
box to close on exit. This makes the DOS window of the batch file close but
not this virtual drive content window. Any help would be appreciated because
it's annoying. Thanks.
