Title: WEB CAM -> WEB PAGE

I need to know some code to have my webcam go onto a webpage and act like a video with a refresh rate of approx. 15 sec.  I also need it to overwrite the file with the same name and save to the same spot.  I need code for the HTML page as well as software you know will do this for me! If you e-mail me ([email protected]) use the subject WEBCAM -> WEBPAGE and I will send you the link when I am done.  and no it is not illegal, it's for my Iguana I want to start an IguanaCam!  PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!  :-[

Sorry, the internet is too full of webcam sites sucking up bandwidth as it is.
