i have downloaded the ms accounting package through internet but it has some more requirements and i became unable to install it. if some body know about this software make me clear plz.

Can you provide a link to it in MS' site?  That's not free, is it?

It's on one of their beta programs.  Register, give inside leg measurement, then get burnt by all the early bugs, completely free of charge!

Is Small Business Accounting 2006 what you're talking about?  Does your computer meet the System Requirements (http://www.microsoft.com/office/accounting/prodinfo/sysreq.mspx)?
